Russians Buy 300 Real Estates in Bulgaria

24 мар 2009 The Standart has been informed that Russians investors plan to pour a serious amount of money in real estates in Bulgaria's capital, Sofia, and at the Black Sea seaside. Home For You, a Bulgarian real estate agency has received requests for 300 real estates.
"Our Russian partners show interest in purchasing apartments in Sofia and in Bulgaria's resort towns," the agency's CEO Konstantin Bobchev said.
To his words, the Russian investors have been attracted by the falling prices of the real estates in Bulgaria. Real properties in Bulgaria have lost twenty percent of its value since last year. Such a large-scale investment will give some fresh air to Bulgaria's real estate sector, which is now gasping under the unfavorable conditions of a spreading global financial crisis.
